Born in 1968 in Kiev. Served in the contingent of Soviet troops in Afghanistan.
Graduated from the journalism faculty of the TARAS SHEVCHENKO NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF KYIV. In 1994 he began serving as a lieutenant in Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and in 2007 resigned from his post of the head of the Department of Public Relations.
The TV host of programs on law-enforcement subject on “Inter” and “ICTV” channels. Author of a series of television films «Parallel world» and «”Golden ten” of special troops». Head of studio of documentary projects «Кriminal. TV».
Colonel of militia. Awarded to order “For courage” of III degree.
Married, has three daughters.
